Ticketmaster and AXS suck so bad I'd rather buy from a scalper

Recently I was trying to get tickets to a two day show for an artist that typically sells out. I dide everything right. Got the artist pre-sale code, logged into AXS before the tickets went on sale, confirmed I had the right payment option set for autopay, and joined the cue.

Once it was my turn, almost no seats were available. Any that i selected would then return an error "oops, those seats have sold". I had this happen so many times, I was then booted because AXS thought I was a bot. No tickets. Fine, I'll wait on the public sale. Two days later, do the same routine. get to my spot in the cue "This event is sold out".

At this point, it 's so frustrating dealing with AXS and Ticketmaster's absolutely piss poor website that I'd rather pay some scumbag scalper just so they will deal with the headache for me. At least with a scalper I can chose when and how badly to get fucked in the ass.
