Rebuilding rear suspension - questions on ball joints and arms

I'm rebuilding my 2000's rear suspension and have a few questions for those that have been through it:

1. Rear toe/control arms - Go with Mevotech CMS60174 from Rock Auto or something like Megan Racing? This isn't a daily driver or track car... just trying to put the best parts on that will give me the least grief.

2. Rear upper control arms - Does the Sankei 555 ball joint from the front UCA also work in the rear?
