Planning to split my money into dofferent bank accounts

I have just recently realized na kailangan ko ihiwalay ang pera ko for expenses and EF and not just stack it in one bank account.

I have accumulated almost 200k on one of my bank accounts. I need recommendation on which bank accounts should I use when splitting the money, I am overwhelmed with the interest rate and stuff.

I currently have BDO (my first savings account / payroll account provided by my employer), BPI, MariBank, and Maya.

Also, how do I transfer huge sum amount of money from Bank A to Bank B without worrying too much with the interest rate? Do I have to do it personally or should I just do Bank Transfer?
