Consistent 4-5 day outage since December '25, January, February, March, April '26

I'm from the Cavite area. I've been getting a consistent monthly outage of 4-5 days since last year. The technician said that there's a main line problem, and from what I read here, a network engineer is the only one who can fix it, which tracks because the technicians in my area is just doing NAP box readings. From the looks of it, it's all scheduled, and even though there's no problem in my town, they still deliberately disconnect it to do their main line fixes, and since this has been going on for months now, it looks like they can't figure out how to fix their main line. I can't figure out how many are affected by these outages because Facebook completely changed its search function, and you can't find posts from real people anymore, except last month when PLDT had a formal announcement of outages in the CALABARZON area.

Since these people can't figure out how to fix their main line, can't they just leave my town alone? It works fine unless they deliberately disconnect it for their "main line" fixes. It's possible these outages will stop when it starts raining next month, when they can't fiddle with the lines anymore.

Anyone else having the same outages? Possibly in the Cavite/CALABARZON area also?
