should I be concerned if ive seen 3 carpet beetles in my bedroom within a month?

this may seem a littlee silly but ive got a small fear of bugs, so I'm pretty nervous about having an infestation, but im not actually sure how I need to see to be properly worried.

2 of the bugs randomly fell onto my bed, besides my window while it was open, then the 3rd one i just found on a teddy on the oppisite side of the room if that helps anything. I live in England, and ive heard many other people who live in England also say they see a few around this time of year. should I be concerned, or can I just kill them and ignore it?
