Vehicle number is not visible on digilocker and mparivahan portal

I bought a bike 10 days ago from auto pulse bajaj marathalli, rto sent my number plate but I cannot see my no on the digilocker and m parivahan portals. Since the bike is new so I have not received my rc as well, what should I do if traffic policemen stop me? How to tackle that situation?
