Team shot passive

I’m trying to find a Damien (Demon’s horn ST) with the +3.5 Team shot passive plus a justice build (which is already difficult itself cause he generally has a foul archetype). I’ve rolled more than 1k spirits but no one with that passive. Should I keep going or is it impossible at this point?
