Nuclear vs Mechanical vs Mechatronics engineering Masters. Pivoting from Chemical engineering.

Hey Another of the posts but i am deciding to pursue a masters, I did my undergrad from Europe in chemical engineering but I would like to do something else so thats why i would like your opinions based on these programs which have the most employbility, stability. I hear nuclear is highly wanted but wondering about jobs after graudating is my main concern. How is the Mechanical and mechatronics program? Worth doing it or no? Thank you.
