Realistically how long will my phimosis take to cure?

I (M26) only just found out that pulling back your foreskin is normal. Crazy I know. So recently I’ve been stretching, using cotton swabs to stretch out the opening. At the moment I can fully retract over my head after a little stretching albeit still very tight. My head is very sensitive as well obviously. How long realistically will it be before I can get it over when erect and how long will the sensitivity take to subside? I’ve had a sex many times before and use lube always which makes things easy but just want things to be normal when I drop my stuff in front of a girl! Hahaha
