Do jobs consider people more to work early mornings and evenings?

I applied to Starbucks a while ago. Long story short it got to a point where they asked for my availability. I told them I can work Monday-Friday with some weekends from around 7-8 am to 4 pm.

I was told that they’re looking for someone who is willing to work 4:30 am to 6 pm. I told them I can do up to 6 pm but I don’t know about 4:30. I said on weekdays I can probably do earlier than 7 and I can do 4:30 on some weekends but I think. I may not get the job. Do most jobs look for people who can work early mornings?
