does anyone not like drugs/alcohol because of interoception issues?

i’ve always felt this way, but i think i finally figured out why i never enjoy substances, and i think it’s because of interoception issues. to me, a buzz from alcohol has little difference in sensation from a headache, and so i don’t like drinking. when i drink, i get that feeling, and i retreat inwards and feel too much stimulation much the same as a headache. it’s like almost painful? in the same way a headache is. likewise with other drugs (like marijuana and that one time i accidentally took a double dose of my stimulants). i’ve never met anyone with a similar experience so curious if anyone else shares this.
