Quality over Quantity - Looking for new card after Regalia Gold and Amex Gold

Looking for a new card with primary purpose of availing online and offline discounts and no cost emi.

I don’t like multiple credit card accounts and want to have a quality over quantity approach.

Secondary Spends: Flight and hotel bookings.
