Unknown illness

I am 36 F, 115 lbs. I got a sore throat on Wednesday night that came on suddenly. Wednesday night into Thursday I woke up multiple times covered in sweat. Thursday: sore throat, ear pain, nausea, severe headache, weak, tired. Thursday to Friday I woke up in the night sweating. Friday was the same so I went to the doctor and was tested for COVID, flu, and strep all of which were negative. Saturday was more of the same a little better but not much. Saturday night I lost my voice out of nowhere. Sunday, no voice, a bit of a sore throat. Today, voice is a bit better but I feel awful- completely run down, nauseous, coughing, congested. Additional info, I started my period on Friday.

Side note: I’ve been struggling with nausea for about 2 years. I think it may be related to my period or stress. So I have started to wonder if maybe I get the “period flu”. But the sore throat and voice loss has got me thinking it’s something more.
