Original Post:

Is there pretty much always someone there to do it? I called to ask if there was any time today that would or wouldn’t work and the lady basically said “there’s no way to know ahead of time if someone will be here for it.”

I need to take time off of work to do it for a 50-year old moped so I really don’t want to strap this thing to a trailer and go all the way there for nothing.
