What are your view on the newer deep learning–based MRI reconstruction technologies?

Are there any realworld differences between DeepResolve (Siemens), DeepRecon (United Imaging), Air Recon DL (GE) and SmartSpeed AI (Philips)? Because they're charging a brickload for these add-ons..
