Query regarding armour penetration.
I thought I had a pretty good grasp on the armour vs bullet system in the game, and I am not shitting on it as I freaking love GZW, but I do have this question.
If the M995 is stopped by NIJ IV armour, how did this IIIA+ stop the M995 from penning? This NPC surprised me and all of these shots were point blank range and square on.
The only thing I can think of, is that because I am using a short-barrel M4, perhaps the velocity wasn't high enough. Does that sound right?
