Need a low budget old gpu for display purpose

hi y'all. i have an unused pc that i want to upgrade a bit due to a surprising monitor gift. One of my fairly rich friend gave me his 24 inch ultragear monitor as he no longer needed it and i gladly accepted it as it was a huge upgrade for me. I actually work in my old lenovo v15 laptop which is obsolete atp but i don't really have the funds to upgrade to a gaming laptop so hence decided to just use this pc, as the monitor is fairly good. So the real issue is that my motherboard doesn't have any hdmi or display port in it. It was an unused pc with Gigabyte h310m s2 2.0 motherboard, intel g5420 processor and a low end frontech 450 w psu unit that doesn't have any 6 pins or 8 pins. i will be doing only basic stuff and no gaming at all, so require a low end graphics card with DP 1.4 or hdmi 2.0 for the display output. Can anyone suggest which ones to go for as i am fairly of poor knowledge in this area. someone told me to get a used gt 1030 but marketplace and shops are asking minimum 2.5k for it, to which the reddit peeps are saying to be expensive and scam.

If anyone has a compatible card and can give it to me please dm. (Koi reham dil wala hoga toh giveaway kardo mujhe kaafi zyada broke hu😅) or else if anyone has a better one within a budget of 1500 please hit me up. i am from kolkata.
