I can't find the secret of a terrifying basement

Hi, I don't use Reddit and I don't know if I'm using it correctly.

But getting to the point, I wanted to ask you about a basement visible from outside a house through a grate or opening, where a somewhat unsettling basement or room could be seen. This was many years ago when I played it as a child, so I remember very little, only that the house was two stories (if I'm not mistaken) and perhaps it's a wood house. I don't know the area where it is.

Has anyone seen this or know what location I'm talking about? Any videos or screenshots would help!
