VASGX most aggressive pick in my ABLE/STABLE account for retirement (keep it or switch state plans)

Can anyone tell me if VASGX is actually a good retirement account fund? It's literally my only option I have through my banking system- and i'm worried i'm significantly stunting my growth long term. I'm a 27m with 23k invested in VASGX since 2-3 months ago.
