Feeling guilty because of accidental CP encounter

Hello everyone,

I hope this is the correct subreddit for this, as I don't really know where else to post this or what it even classifies as.

Two months ago, I was browsing the internet for some porn. I clicked on a link on probably a sketchy website when a popup opened, showing CP gifs, which really shocked me (I reported it to the police immediately after).

Since then, I had this weird, inexplicable feeling, which feels like guilt. No matter what I do, it doesn't go away. It's gotten better sometimes, but had returned about a week ago.
I really feel like I have done something wrong, but it wasn't my fault... at least that's what I'm trying to tell myself.
Everything I masturbate to, even if it's normal things, make me feel guilty.

If that info matters, I'm 22 years old and autistic.

Does anyone have tips on how to get rid of this uncomfortable feeling or if there's a term for this?
