Would keloid removal/treatment be covered?

NHS Discount

I’ve got multiple keloids on my back, maybe around 10, I never got these before but in the past year they’ve continued to grow and won’t stop, I had acne prone skin so all the spots have raised into keloids, it’s made me incredibly insecure to the point I won’t go outside without a jacket besides that they’re very uncomfortable when I sleep at night since I lie on my back. I want to ask but afraid of being rejected for treatment.
