Delta Works / Ocean Dams

Is there any kind of mod that adds Delta Works as a Wonder? It feels weird playing Netherlands without it... Ocean "Dams" would also kind of work, like you build it in the ocean then pump out the water to get more "land", which is kind of Delta Works... Sorry if it's a dumb question, or if there is already a mod / it's already in the game!
