Activities wanted for 21st Birthday Daytime Celebration (f, non-alcoholic)

Hii! Me and two girlies are visiting Liverpool tomorrow to celebrate my friend’s 21st birthday. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to celebrate in Liverpool during the daytime (w/ no alcohol). It doesn’t have to be anything all day, but any smaller few hour activities like cake decorating that anyone would recommend? Just looking to create a wholesome day for my friends very special 21st!
