is it ok to still apply for jobs after signing jo and starting my first work

I got hired and received a JO a few weeks back after months of job hunting starting January. It was from a job that I really did not want and not really aligned with what I wanted to do for an engineering degree. The pay was 18k for an engineering position, about two hours away from home. No benefits at all kasi probationary for 6 months.

I accepted it kasi wala na akong choice, I didnt wanna be unemployed for any longer.

Based on the JO, both party can terminate the contract naman with no cause. So ang nasa isip ko ngayon is to go ahead and do the job but also, keep the job hunt going and once may better position na nag accept uli, I will just leave.

Now, what I am worrying is if I start the job na — I feel like itll give a negative impression sa ibang hiring teams esp if I will be starting work nxt week

Do you think I should still keep applying? And if I do, is it gonna be better if I just not include that I was actually already starting a job?
