I’ve been watching how remote and hybrid teams work lately, and I’ve realized something painful: we are burning budgets on "meeting fatigue."

We’ve all seen it: a 60-minute call with 12 people, where only 3 are actually needed. The other 9 are losing focus, losing momentum, and losing the company money every single minute they sit there.

I decided to build a solution for this. We are in the final stages of developing Quazex - an AI-powered workspace that treats "meeting efficiency" as a financial metric.

What are we building? A unified ecosystem where video calls, team chat, and Kanban boards actually talk to each other.

• AI-Assistant: Automatically transcribes calls, generates summaries, and creates action items.
• Cost Tracking: Real-time analysis of what each meeting actually costs the business.
• Deep Context: Every file, message, and transcript goes into a shared AI knowledge base. You can ask the AI "What was decided?" and get an answer based on real team data.

Our goal is simple: let the "makers" stay at their desks and keep working, while the AI ensures they never miss a critical decision.

Where we are now: Our website is live, and the platform is almost ready for launch. We are currently looking for partners in the US who share our vision.
