is my pc dying?

yesterday my pc started being weird like at first i got a blue screen it finished loading pc restarted i got “previous overclock settings failed“ then it send me to bios which i booted windows then the pc worked no problem so i closed it and went to sleep, today i opened it used it for like 20 mins then BOOM it just froze w an annoying noise so i forced closed the pc, now it booted again but same problem after 20 mins hard freeze but i started hearing a weird noise from the motherboard around the CPU and rams area a coil whine noise so again i forced restart it now a new problem motherboard light in orange which is a ram problem so i removed one ram and it worked so i kept testing both slots, if i plug it both of the rams i get orange light when i plug 1 it works doesn’t matter the ram stick but the coil whine is still there rn i have the pc off im scared to burn it since i have an absolute dog poop of a psu my specs are:

I3 12100F

16 rams ddr4 3200mhz

1660 super

motherboard: MSI pro h610m-e DDR4

psu: aerocool lux 550 bronze (ive been using it since i got the pc which might fried my old motherboard and now it’s gonna fry this one)
