I went from 4 clients to 9 in 60 days without working more hours. Here's the exact system.
Three months ago I was drowning. Four social media clients, constantly behind on content, never sleeping. A friend in the industry told me to stop writing everything from scratch and start using structured AI prompts built specifically for client work.
The difference was immediate. Not because the AI writes everything — it doesn't. But because I stopped starting from zero every single time.
Here's what actually changed my workflow:
Instead of staring at a blank doc for a client's Instagram caption, I now open a prompt library built around specific social media use cases. Caption for a product launch? There's a prompt. Monthly performance report? There's a prompt. Awkward email to a client asking for a rate increase? There's a prompt for that too.
The prompts I use most are in three categories:
-
Client communication — rate increases, late payment follow-ups, onboarding emails. These take me 45 minutes each from scratch. With a structured prompt, 8 minutes.
-
Content planning — monthly calendars, campaign frameworks, 30 content ideas in one session. Used to take most of a Sunday. Now it's Tuesday morning, one coffee.
-
Repurposing — turning one video into a week of content, one blog post into a LinkedIn series. This alone doubled my output per client without adding hours.
Happy to answer questions about how I've restructured my workflow if it helps anyone here.
