Vision issues?

So I'm a teenager been having these migraines for 5 years now and in the last year I've started getting double vision, it started as just when I had a migraine but nowadays it's a lot of the time. I've had the whole MRI, eye tests jazz done. Everything came back fine but it's to the point that like, I can't drive, can't walk down the street without almost walking into the road, can't read properly. Like it's affecting every single area of my life and I'm wondering does anyone have the same issue and if so what helps.
