where to get a miniature scooter made?

hello, i'm not sure this is the right subreddit for my query. i would like to gift a friend a miniature of the scooter they own (hero xoom). please share where i can get it from as i can only find miniatures of other models online. details of any manufacturer that takes customised orders will be helpful. thank you so much!
