Weird pimple sized bump on foreskin.

I've had a white/very light skin colour pimple on my foreskin with a darkish streak leading up to it on the shaft. No image because thats cp. It looks just like a pimple but the thing leading up to it is concerning. Not too much pain except sometimes once a week it has a slight uncomfortable pain for like 2 or 3 peroids of 5-10 minutes. Does anyone know what this could be.
