Looking for Advice and Direction

I am just starting my remote work journey .I have someone in the States, Canada and one in Germany ready to create the working accounts for me as long as the work makes sense. However, I dont know where to start,or even the lucrative working accounts for beginners. I have been doing my research on remote sites, AI training sites but there is just too much information on the internet and tbh,I am finding it so overwhelming.

So here I am asking for guidance,it could be on call, on the comments or dm. Maybe what proxies are the best, the sites I should be looking at, In short..what i am asking for is direction and guidance someone willing to hold my hand .

Open to constructive feedback! Thank you
