Should I include my dismissal?

So I’ve been on the job hunt for the last year and I’ve seen in many job applications one question.

Have you been dismissed from previous role?

In 2021, During covid I was working from home for the NHS and I was a call handler. About 11 months into the job, I was terminated for call avoidance. It was quiet stupid thing to do but it was done. I’ve had 2 other jobs since then including 3 years in a customer service face to face job.

Would employers see that I’ve been dismissed or should I just leave the whole job role out of my CV?
