My vagina was 3 inches deep when the doctors took the gauze out and it hasn't gotten any deeper. Should I be concerned?

3 months post opp with dr Saran Wansiri Hospital (scrotal skin graft for the deepest part of my vagina). dilating as consistently as I can but I'm seeing no progress. my muscles latch onto the dilator and it hurts.

am I supposed to be moving it in and out with my breaths, am I supposed to be angling the tip towards my belly button, did I waste 25k when I should have gotten the colon one? am I absolutely cooked.
