Does a baseball card seller get any perks

when a buyer chooses to send the card directly to PSA for grading? I received a message from a potential buyer asking, "What's the best you'd do if I paid the extra to get it graded?" I don't see how his choice to get it graded affects the price I charge. Am I missing something?
