claude's texting abilities and constant freezing is pissing me off.

so im a pro user, and the claude textbox keeps freezing on me and won't let me type anything at all sometimes while frozen and i need to constantly refresh my page to get claude to let me talk to her, and then when i do talk to her, she freezes again and i can't even type a simple message, i gotta wait like a 1980's computer. this is ridiculous that as a pro user, claude's textbox is so unusable!!!! i don't understand why she keeps freezing on me and why i need to wait 20 seconds and then have the page give me a "aw dang we failed to load this page" error! it's stupid!
