WFE Email Verification Code Issue

Hello. I completed the Aether course successfully, passed the assignment, and I have been stuck at MM account creation step (the project is currently active, so no issue in that part either). For some reason I can't write the entire name of the website they are using.

Anyways, the issue is that I don't receive any email verification code to my WFE email. I have been trying for the past 5 days. I also tried adding "mm" after the dash to the email (as in wfe-mm...).

I know there is no issue with the MM website since I'm able to receive the email verification code when I enter one of my personal emails.

I believe due to some error, my off-platform email was not properly connected to my personal email. I also added a secondary email in case my primary email was the issue, but no luck.

I tried creating a support ticket, but support staff treat you like you are the least intelligent person on the planet. They shut down the ticket by saying "make sure the project is active on your account" and "make sure you completed the course" etc., without solving the issue. The chatbot doesn't allow me to create a new ticket for the issue, I believe this is intentional as well.

I decided to give Outlier one more chance after almost a year, and again it is just full of bugs and issues. I hope there is someone in this subreddit to help me solve it.
