eSun PETG assist

I've tried so many different settings. I've cleaned the nozzle, Ive heated the bed, and the prints still come out goopy (best word I can use). got around that by slowing down the extrusion ect.

anyone else have issues in the last with this brand and type of filament? I'm just looking for the best settings so I don't have to keep decloging.
