Tira purposefully created a glitch to earn profits and get attraction to announce their birthday sale

We are all aware of what took place on the Tira website a few days ago. I had ordered a bunch of stuff along with a face mask. Now, obviously, all the items got cancelled except the face mask. They shipped the mask the very next day and it reached my house the day after. They never gave me the opportunity to cancel. One of my glitch items was actually shipped with the mask amd they did RTO after shipping it. I have never experienced such fast shipping from Tira ever.

The tira Bluedart delivery agent left my order with the society guard. Mind you — NO ORDERS OF MINE ARE EVER DELIVERED AT THE GATE. NEVER. ESPECIALLY BY BLUEDART. Maccaron ships via Bluedart without OTP, but this has never occurred before. I find it a huge coincidence that the first time a Bluedart delivery agent delivered at the gate without notifying me was an order I wanted to cancel.

Now, not only are they not refunding for all the glitches — they are also refusing to pick this order up. HATE TIRA. I don't think it's a conspiracy anymore — that it wasn't a glitch but a PR trick to announce their birthday sale.

Will refrain from buying from them ever again.

P.S Consumer Forum also does nothing. They don’t even respond.
