Created a bot for chatting! @TopicOfTheDayBot

Hello! Sharing a bot I created out of boredom but it grew unexpectedly large and I recently added a few enhancements!

TopicOfTheDayBot is a tele bot that matches you to a random user and the topic of the day changes daily so there is always something to talk about!

I have added the ability to add tags and interests and also added live quizzes so we can all play trivias together.

Let me know if you have suggestions or feedback! Much appreciated :)

P.S. There will always be thirsty people. Please use the default safe mode for your safety. Happy chatting!
