How to stop CB poaching?

Was getting tipped and the person that was tipping told me some cam girl messaged him right after he tipped

I asked him her username, he gave it to me, i went to her page she had 5 people in there .. then banned her

Wth .. how do they even know when im getting tipped and how to stop it happening?
