Is there any risk related to radiation in Osaka?

Hi everyone, I’m planning a trip to Japan this year and I’m really excited (my first time going abroad 🛫). After doing some research, I came across information about environmental radiation in the Tohoku region, which made me a bit concerned.

One thing that worries me is that radiation related health effects don’t always show up immediately, but could potentially have long-term impacts.

I was wondering if I’m mainly traveling in Osaka, is there any actual risk related to radiation?

I’m not sure if I might be overthinking this, so I’d really appreciate hearing from people who live in Japan or have traveled there recently.
