Haha AI vending machine sending receipts to me

please delete if not allowed, but i’m a bit desperate! Several months ago, my gym installed an AI vending machine, an I have only used it twice this whole time. However, I keep receiving AI vending machine receipts for orders I never placed from businesses that are not even in the same state as me. My card is not being charged, but I still worry about the fact that I am receiving receipts for orders I never used my information for. I have reached out to the vending machine company every time this has happened and received no response. What can I do? I am a little sick of receiving these. I’m also worried about how they handle their customers data if this happens at least once a month.
