Stage 2 or 3 can in a 2003 4.7

I’m wondering if anyone’s ever put a stage 2 or 3 cam in a 2003 ram 4.7? And what supporting mods are needed to do such a thing. Are they different between a stage 3 and stage 2 let me know.
