Dry food suggestions for my persian cat

hey guys , new to the sub here . I have been feeding my cat "let's bite " ( dry food ) brand because of monthly budget restraints . Now that has been improved a little bit , I'm hoping to upgrade his food brand . I have always thought whiskas was the top brand for this , and was hoping to buy the 3kg pack that could last more than a month . But I posted about this in my local sub and they said whiskas is not that great also . so which should I choose . His tofu litter is also a big share in his monthly budget i have set aside . so help me out guys .
