As in the title and in the image.

This is going on for a while (several months). I'm not still able to find a solution.

Thunderbird's removed accounts still triggers UNWANTED popups asking to sign in back again.

I entered all the details of these accounts. Afterward, I did not need them anymore. So, I deleted data from TB \[`Settings > Account Settings > [select account] > Delete`\]. Got these annoying pop-ups.

A little bit of context.

A while ago, I moved to Linux from Windows. I did the same with Thunderbird.

`Thunderbird for Linux` (using `kubuntu 24.04 LTS`).

Since the Thunderbird folder was very big, I cannot use the built-in export tool, but I had to create a manual backup.

\[from an old post \[[reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/Thunderbird/comments/1ow5wws/bug_thunderbird_for_desktop_in_linux_log_in_page/)\]\]

It's worth to noticed that I have installed WIndows (11) too and I have Thunderbird (with all data) installed there too. To import all data from Windows to Linux I did the following process.

* \[`Windows partition`\] Locate user folder, `C:\Windows\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\ffxxck12.default-release`;
* \[`Windows partition`\] Open in in a file explorer (on Windows I use `OneCommander`);
* \[`Kubuntu partition`\] Make a copy to `/home/[User]/Downloads`;
* \[`Kubuntu partition`\] \[`Launch Thunderbird for Linux`\] Go to Thunderbird and Import everything \[`[Top-right] Hamburger [3 lines] menu > Tools > Import > Import form a file`\];
* \[`Kubuntu partition`\] \[`In Thunderbird for Linux`\] Select folder in `/home/[User]/Downloads`.

What to do?

It's really annoying to close these 2 pop-ups each time I opened up Thunderbird for Linux (sometimes they even re-appear if I let TB opens for a while).

TIA
