Overloaded Dice randomized?

I had 2 of those, one was a Shuriken throw in my Main character, and now at season 9 is a Redneck skill... What happened here? the other one is another random skill of other character.

And why the Auction house doesn't have a single Overloaded Dice? last season was basically full of them.
