Winn Dixie is closing, and the “found items” system is broken.

I do shop orders at this store a lot. It probably accounts for about $200 of my weekly income. But now that they’re closing to become an Aldi, they’re starting to cut off shipments of some items, most notably so far is alcohol. They’re not getting anymore wine or beer. Other items are hit and miss. DoorDash has no way to account for a store that is gradually not re-upping their stock on some things. They just act as if it’s a normally operating store. Of course, this wouldn’t be as big of a deal if the system worked that excludes missing items if you find the empty space on the shelf.

The reason I care is because, for me, the top shopper thing is good. So, if I keep taking orders from this store, my shopper ratings will tank. Anyone else out there experience this? I’ve been avoiding the store for the most part, only taking orders with items I think they might still have.
