TWIN TERROR BOSS GLITCH

The game keeps crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME I start the twin terror boss fight. After spending hundreds of gens during the run, I now have no choice but to quit the run and unable to continue. I have raised this numerous times, only to get ignored every single time. After playing this game for over a year, this is extremely tedious and frustrating. Why are you blocking my progress???????
