Simple, recently swapped from Premier to 1gig Sym. The broadband facts showed the typical numbers for Gig Sym, but has recently changed to just the standard Gig numbers as shown in the pic. Is this normal for them to do?
I understand I'm not guaranteed the full upload speed since I'm using an Arris S33 and not a spectrum provided modem, but it is capable of higher than 40mbps and i know others that either get the full gig upload or close to it using an S33.

On a side-note, since swapping to this new modem from my previous SB6190, I am seeing 2 to 4mbps upload max, when on the Premier plan with the old modem I would see 14-22mbps upload. Iirc the broadband facts said up to 20mbps for upload on this plan when I was on it.

I am only seeing up to around the 700mbps range for download speed as well. My full month of being on this new plan started May 2nd, so I didn't raise any concerns at first since I was still in the middle of my previously paid plan and the person I spoke to also informed me that i most likely wouldn't see the full increase in speed until the next billing cycle started since it was changed in the middle of that billing cycle.

Was 1 gig Symmetrical, but now it's showing 1gig with 40mbps typical upload(not even getting near that)
