My alarm won't stop powering down when my alarm goes off

so, as the title implies, my Nintendo Alarmo will not stop powering off when my alarm goes off. I have tried many solutions and workarounds such as using a different cable, plugging it into another USB slot or power outlet, I even tried using my Switch 1 power adapter and it didn't work. does anyone here have any workarounds for this?
